What you need to have to do this class: Please come with an active starter (feed 4 hours before class) What's included in the class -Whisk -Proofing/mixing Bowl -Banneton -2 flour sack towels -Bread Lame -Printed out recipe and instructions What the class schedule will look like: We will start mixing the dough and measuring out all of our ingredients, Let that rest for one hour. While, that is resting. We will go over the different crumbs and vocabulary and a general timeline of how to make a loaf of sourdough bread. Over the course of the next hour, and we will do three sets of stretched folds every 30 minutes. While we are doing stretch and folds, I will have pre-prepared and ready to be shaped and will do that with the class. We will let those continue to proof at room temperature and then show them how to properly bake a loaf of bread Every person will go home with a mini loaf today fully cooked!
